The St. George Theatre Restoration, Inc., owners of the St. George Theatre, is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) Not for Profit Corporation. This organization is dedicated to the restoration of the historic St. George Theatre and its development as a cultural and performing arts centre for the community

* to develop the theatre as a multi-purpose performance arts facility!
* to provide free dance training to underprivileged youth!
* to generate audiences by promoting and producing large scale productions and shows!
* to make the theatre available for community based and non-profit group activities!
* to support and conduct educational and informational arts activities and workshops!
* to connect local artists with audiences!
* to generate tourism and awareness of historical preservation!

Name Your Seat
A great opportunity to support the revival of the St. George Theatre is to participate in the "CHAIR HOLDER" project. As part of our on-going efforts to restore this magnificent theatre to its original beauty, new theatre seats were installed in the front orchestra and the seats in the mezzanine have been reupholstered and repaired. Your tax-deductible donation will be used to refurbish these fine seats. Your name, or that of a loved one, will be inscribed on the seat in recognition of your donation. This gesture may honour a living member of your family or community or can be in memory of a loved one. The name can also be representative of an organization or corporation that wishes to purchase one of these lovely seats in an effort to be part of the continuing restoration of this historic theatre.
